Confidential Confessions of Those Seeking Treatment via Pay-Per-Call

All of our clients are confidential. We comply with both the Privacy Act and HIPAA.

Client privacy is a paramount issue in any business. That fact is especially true regarding client privacy in the medical profession. This story does not represent the tale of one person; it is an amalgam of personalities and people I’ve met over the years in while seeking recovery treatment for drug and alcohol problems.

If the first step to recovery is admitting that you have a problem, then I will tell you, this initial step can occur during the first pay-per-call to the treatment center.

Some callers are brief as they gather further knowledge of that facility’s program. They will provide the necessary information and agree to seek treatment. Family members that call in for loved ones are often brief calls. I can sense that when callers make that connection over the phone with a treatment facility that a heavy weight or burden has been lifted from their lives. Occasionally, with family members on the line, you can hear a collective sigh as the call comes to an end. I know that the family will sleep a bit easier that night, perhaps for the first time in years.

Sometimes, after receiving positive news that treatment is available and possible for them, I can almost see the callers hanging up and sitting very still trying to understand how their lives will change.

While the call can be short, many calls are quite long. Last year, a caller spent 55 minutes talking with the admissions department. He started the conversation by saying, “I’m calling for a friend with a problem,” and the first 2 or 3 minutes of the call were all about his friend. Naturally the call staff was friendly and understanding. When pressed for more information about his friend, without missing a beat, he changed his story and confessed he was the one needing treatment. It seemed that first 2 minutes of talking with the staff had given him the strength and confidence to acknowledge his issues at that moment on the phone and chart a course toward recovery.

The pay-per-call for a recovery facility is more than just a lead. That incoming phone call can be a personal confession and a vital link for someone in pain.

We provide nationwide pay-per-call advertising for recovery facilities. We can help your facility make this connection. Even the best treatment centers in America need good marketing. Please give me a call now and let me detail what we can do for your facility.

Each day this week, I will be writing about callers (anonymously) and revealing the true recovery value of treatment center advertising from Alternative Solutions Media.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
